We had a nice morning visiting a fair close by. It's great -- there's lots of rides the kids wanted to ride, and we visited the petting zoo as well. We didn't stick around long enough for the diving dog show, the pig races on land and in the water, or the alligator wrestling match (man v. alligator). However, we enjoyed a few kiddie rides for free! I can't stand crowds, especially in the heat, but this morning was cooler than it has been, and the crowds didn't get to me. Of course, I wish I had taken more pictures. We may even go back again for the next free rides for kids morning!
