Oh, it's a good thing when you ask your husband for a change, and he responds right away, feeling your need. Mark changed some clients so that he can come home earlier 3 afternoons a week.
It's good when you re-discover (again!) the need for exercise, and find out that you can do it. I've walked to Mali's school with all kids in tow twice this week. Considering it's 2 miles and a bunch of extra weight, that's a good start! And even working my body that much has greatly improved my attitude already.
So, here are some signs that things have changed around here:
Crafting with small hands

Planting fruitful starts

Juicing with rainbow carrots -- my new energy source

A baby who slept more than a 1/2 hour stretch during the day. In fact, 2.5 hours!

And time alone with my books and computer to work on school.

Great! One of my alltime favorite "sayings" is: "Change always comes bearing gifts!" Sounds like you experienced just that!
