CAT MYSTERY

The adrenaline produced from this mystery sustained us for a few days. The girls' minds were full and running and their bodies were running around with excitement. It is indeed sad that Jack has not been seen around our house for about 5 months. However, the girls are handling it pretty well, and we have basically decided that he is just wild at heart. Mali does cry over the injustice of us not having a pet (but not specifically Jack) and how unfair it is. So, we are thinking about fish or maybe even a bird. If we do indeed get a pet, it needs to be something very low-maintenance. Any ideas are welcome. Keep in mind we will be moving in about a year, and we have already told the girls over and over no dogs or cats until after we move.

(By the way, I've had trouble loading a video here, and resorted to YouTube. If anyone can tell me how to get my YouTube video to show up directly on here, I'd appreciate it. Until then, you'll have to click here.)

i just had the worst walk of my life with a very high maintenance pet, so don't ask me now.

ask me when her heavy body is resting next to me breathing so slowly. then it's cozy.
