When we lived at the Leslie Science Center a few years ago, Mali seemed to develop a special fondness for Joe, a teacher there. She called him "my Joe" and somehow, that has turned into "our Joe" in our family. We are happy to announce that Joe has released his new children's album!! Many of you who have listened to our family favorites from last summer know Joe, whether you realize it or not. (If you didn't get our family favorites and want it, let me know!) Greta's favorite, "The Robot" was a smashing hit among many listeners, and was written by Joe. We still hear people talk about how much they love that song. Joe also wrote "The Michigan Song" which was on our CD as well. We haven't heard the new CD, but we're sure it's going to be great, because we spent a year listening to Joe sing outside our windows to crowds of kids at the various environmental camps going on at the Science Center. He became a part of our days, and may not even know that! Our fond memories of living at the Leslie Science Center include his background music! Here is a picture of the album cover.
