FUNNY PROJECT

For Greta's birthday party, I made these knitted cupcakes. It was fun to do something different, and I've never before worked with "novelty yarn." In fact, it usually makes me cringe -- I much prefer the natural fibers. But, for the effect of fancy cupcake tops, coconut, sprinkles, and all, it turned out to be a good idea! Now, I have to say, here's proof that I am no photographer. I tried to get shots of these outside in natural light, and with their dark bottoms and bright white tops, I just could not get it right, so you'll just have to accept them as they are!
