I've decided to go for it. . . I'm making diapers for this little one that will be joining us this fall! I found a pattern I'm excited about. It's an "All-in-one" pattern, meaning there's no separate cover and diaper. Basically, it is used like a disposable, but then the whole thing gets washed instead of thrown out. Here's my rough draft, and it is quite rough. . . a learning experience, but enough to get me excited.

Neat-o. We use cloth but just bought chinese pre-folds and diaperaps covers!
I read somewhere about making diapers out of old t-shirts. I think it was an adoption blog somewhere. Just a thought...
