I'm glad my mom suggested a walk to the peace stones today. We did need it. Living so close to the college, these places are a large part of my childhood memories: the bike rides up and down those hills, playing in and around the creek, building forts in the woods. This makes it all the more rewarding to see my kids enjoying these same places.
