This picture captures many of Greta's favorites: her 2 favorite animals are "Cow-Zebra" (named that because she couldn't tell if it was a cow or a zebra) and Wilbur (who is named after the pig, even though he is a red bull). In the picture, they are sharing her favorite snack, cold (frozen) blueberries.

I love this picture so so much.
Awwwwww.
I wish my kid would eat fruit. Or vegetables. Or anything but graham crackers and toast, for that matter.
Anyway, I tagged you for a meme on Mad Knitting. Play along when you have a minute!
Katie, your family is so beautiful and your blog so full of joy!!! I love coming to visit.

suze, i'm pretty lucky about our girls' eating habits, but i have to say, they eat much better when they see where the food comes from (fresh from the garden, fresh from the cow, goat, etc) -- it just excites them.
julie - so glad to know you're there, visiting -- miss you!
Alas, even that trick hasn't worked for us, Katie. Admittedly, the only thing I grew this year that we ate on any kind of regular basis was tomatoes, and Daniel totally got that you can pick and eat them. But he would pick the ripe ones and either give them to me to eat or put them in a bowl and carry them around or just squish them (or all of the above). Maybe next summer he'll have developed a taste for some of that stuff!
