9 YEARS

Today is our 9 year wedding anniversary. The girls and I stopped at Subway on our way to meet Mark at the farmer's market that is held at Life University. We added a tub of those candy-like yellow tomatoes to our lunch.

We ate there, by the cool, refreshing waterfall. The girls climbed and played.

We also saw the most beautiful butterfly I've ever seen. It looked like this on it's back, and then on the front it was black with little orange spots.

Greta got a song in our heads, and we sang it in a round. . . .

"When the day is over and all the work is done, we will fly away home.
Fly away home to dreamland, fly away home."

Then, as we were singing the round, Greta "flew" around and around the picnic table, making us giggle. We have so much to be grateful for.

Here's then: (photo, thanks to my second cousin, Jeremy)

Happy Anniversary! I remember your wedding as the first and last time anyone's ever asked me to sing a solo (well, duet, but close enough) for a wedding ceremony :)
